Due to the death of my husband, Larry Borgula, I have sold the farm and purchased a home closer to my family up north. Therefore, I have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live On-site Public Auction here on the farm to sell the items listed below. I would like to invite all to attend my Auction and thank you in advance for you time and consideration.

Very best regards,

Rosetta Borgula

NOTE: This farm has been owned by the Borgula family for nearly 100 years with some items from past generations. Larry always maintained his farming tools and kept everything in the pole barn. This will be a large two ring Auction worth your attention. Everything must be sold. Plan on being on 24th Ave. just south of Truman on Sat. Aug. 24 @ 10:00 AM for the start of this nice country auction! Few items are from the neighbors.

For you convenience we will have off street parking, lunch wagon, port-a-jons and wash-up station.

SPECIAL INSPECTION & PRE-REGISTRATION: Friday Aug. 23rd from 3:00PM-6:00PM and morning of Auction.

TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 3% service fee. We subscribe to Check Alert Inc. (A national check collection company)
