PUBLIC ESTATE AUCTION, LIVE ON-SITE!!

Thursday July 14th, 2016 @ 10:00AM

LOCATION: On the farmstead at 14703 North 220th Ave., LeRoy, MI 49655

DIRECTIONS: North of Big Rapids or south of Cadillac to the LeRoy exit #162, (14 Mile Road/Old M-63) west 1 mile to 220th Ave., then north 1 mile. (Osceola Co.)

To help settle the Estate of the late Fred Mida, a Live Public Auction will be held on the farm.

NOTE: Fred Mida was a 93 year lifelong area resident. He owned and operated coin-op laundromats in the surrounding area for many years. He had a passion for collecting antiques, collectibles and farm primitives, but he had a special interest in primitive horse drawn equipment and anything to do with farming in the 1800’s. All horse drawn equipment etc. has been stored in a good water tight pole barn and is in original condition!! The buildings are packed full of these items and there are bound to be some surprises leading up to Auction day. Make plans to be west of LeRoy on Thursday July 14 at 10:00AM for the start of this most interesting Live Public Auction.

TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. VISA or Master Card with 3% service fee. (WE SUBSCRIBE TO PAY-TEC, A NATIONAL CHECK COLLECTION COMPANY.)

For your convenience we will have port-a-jons, lunch wagon and wash-up station.

INSPECTION: with registration available Wednesday, July 13th 2:00PM-6:00PM
